We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Emmy Bee Creations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@emmybeecreations.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
